Prof. Ning Wang
Dalian Maritime University

Bio:Wang Ning is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Dalian Maritime University.He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a Fellow of the IMarEST, the IET, the ISCM, and the IIAV. Professor Wang completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering at Dalian Maritime University from September 2000 to July 2004. He then pursued his Ph.D. in Control Theory and Control Engineering at the same university from September 2004 to December 2009. During his doctoral studies, he participated in a joint Ph.D. program at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from August 2008 to August 2009.Following his Ph.D., he served as a Lecturer and Master’s Supervisor at Dalian Maritime University from December 2009 to June 2011. During this period, he was also a Visiting Scholar at the World Maritime University from April to June 2011. He was promoted to Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in July 2011 and held this position until June 2016. From August 2014 to August 2015, he conducted research as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Texas, USA. In July 2016, he was appointed as a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Dalian Maritime University. His research focuses on Intelligent Marine Robotics, Green and Intelligent Ships, and Marine Artificial Intelligence.
Prof. Mouquan Shen
Nanjing Tech University, China

Bio: Professor, the "Six Talent Peaks" of Jiangsu Province. Postdoctoral at Southeast University, visiting scholar at overseas universities such as the University of Hong Kong, Yeungnam University, South Korea, and the University of Adelaide, Australia. He is the PI of more than 10 provincial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, and Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation. In recent years, more than 100 papers with an H-index of 24 have been published in journals such as IEEE · Transactionson · Automatic Control, IEEE Transactionson · Cybernetics, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems. He has been severed as Editor-in-Cheif, Associate Editor, or Editorial Board Member of 12 international journals. He is also an active reviewer of over 80 domestic and international journals, including IEEE · TAC and Automatica, as well as the corresponding reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and multiple provincial and municipal science and technology projects.
Prof. Kunjie Yu
Zhengzhou University, China

Bio: Professor Kunjie Yu is a Distinguished Professor and PhD supervisor at Zhengzhou University. He has been selected for the 2025 Clarivate 'Highly Cited Researchers' list and the 'Top 2% Global Scientists Lifetime Scientific Impact' list. He serves as the Deputy Director of the Henan Provincial Engineering Research Center for Optimization and Intelligent Control Technology, is recognized as an Outstanding Young Talent of Central China, a Henan Province Excellent Young Scientist, a technological innovation talent in Henan universities, a beneficiary of Henan Province's Young Talent Launch Program, and a young backbone teacher in Henan higher education institutions.
